Our association

Founded in 1993 by four lawyers who are still members of it, the Association Cartuyvels – Nolf – Terlinden & Vinçotte has now about twenty members. These lawyers are driven on a friendly spirit of team work.

Combining great stability with continuous expansion, the Association is active today both at national and international level and deals equally with files in French, Dutch and English.

Its characteristic is the search of solutions in its clients’ interest rather than the liking for judicial litigations, that it assumes however without qualms whenever necessary.

The Association is active before all jurisdictions of the country, as well as before the European and international jurisdictions; through correspondents, it is also active in various European countries.

Dealing with most of the fields of law, it intends providing all legal services undertakings and individuals may expect from a law firm, especially in civil and commercial law; these services are detailed in the chapter “Our skills”.

Lastly the Association gives priority to advice and attaches great importance to the availability its clients are entitled to expect from it.
