We
are assisting our clients in all fields of the business
law.
Since its creation (incorporation of a
company, start-up of an activity) up to its end (liquidation,
bankruptcy, …), the undertaking and its managers have
an increasing need of legal security.
Convinced to better achieve it when the
adequate measures are taken as a preventive measure, we
are encouraging our clients to call us prior rather than
after an operation.
We represent also our clients before the
courts in commercial litigations.
We are supporting them especially in the

We
are assisting our clients in the various property matters
both for what regards advice and litigation.
Our interventions relate especially :
to the relationships between buyers and sellers of buildings,
with or without intervention of an estate agent (law of
obligations)
to the relationships of the holders of property rights
on a building (law of undivided ownership, beneficial
ownership, emphyteosis)
to the relationships between lessors and tenants (lease
law)
to the relationships among neighbours (easements, private
nuisances)
to the relationships within a co-ownership or with
the agent for the management of a building (law of co-ownership)
to the relationships among building owners, architects,
contractors and promoters (building law, law of torts)

Labour law |
We
are assisting our clients - employers or workers –
for the writing of employment contracts and advise them
in order to avoid litigations in case of breach thereof.
We are taking preventive action so that
a contract of employment can be terminated in the best conditions
for our clients, as well as after the end of the contract,
in order to put their rights forward, especially within
the framework of legal proceedings. |

Insurance and liability law |
We
are assisting our clients when their responsibility is implicated
or likely to be so as a consequence of any fault they would
or might have committed, as well as when they have been
victims of a fault committed by a third person.
We are then supporting our clients’
point of view with respect to the alleged fault and the
damage called upon, whether tangible, material or moral.
We are intervening in the following fields

We
have also developed a particularly specialised department
in matters of insurance fraud; we are assisting the insurance
companies within the framework of criminal and civil proceedings

- Property law: management, successions, liquidations |
We
are assisting our clients for the management of their estate
especially when this implies special legal acts, but also
with a view to schedule their successions or help them preventing
conflicts in specific family contexts.
In case of latent or avowed conflict, we
are filing the convenient procedures in order to put forward
our clients' rights.
Our interventions develop in the following

Authors’ rights and intellectual rights |
We are
assisting our clients in order to help them put forward
their property and moral rights on their creations or distinguishing
features.
To this end we are advising them as to
the initiatives to be taken, we are accompanying them in
the writing of contracts and intervening in legal proceedings
relating to the infringement on various intellectual rights.
With this respect we have developed particular
expertise in the law of photography and other visual creations
(drawings, paintings, sculptures, design, lay-out…)
We are also active in the law of the media.

Family law |
The
family law covers the following subjects:
marriage and cohabitation

all filiation issues (recognition, bastardy procedures…)

controversial cases in which emotions and human stakes are
especially present, we are first looking for solutions likely
to ease the conflict.
When proceedings cannot be avoided, we
are assisting our clients while giving them all our experience. |

Arbitration and mediation |
Some
of the lawyers of our association have specific training
and skills as arbitrator and mediator.
They are members of well known arbitration
organization (CEPANI) or Mediation organization (BBMC –
OBFG).
They operate mainly in commercial, civil
and family matters. |

European and international civil service law |
We
are answering all questions civil servants and agents of
European and international institutions can ask themselves
within the framework of their professional activity.
Without being exhaustive, the tackled fields

The hunting law, also called game law, covers the following
subjects:
game bites (damage to harvests or to forests)
the agreements usually called "hunting leases",
whether private conventions or conventions granted by
authorities or public bodies
conflicts among hunters
files implying a criminal procedure (for instance,
proceedings of the Prosecution department against a hunter
before the correctional court)
litigations arisen within a cynegetic council
We
