Since its creation (incorporation of a company, start-up of an activity) up to its end (liquidation, bankruptcy, …), the undertaking and its managers have an increasing need of legal security.

Convinced to better achieve it when the adequate measures are taken as a preventive measure, we are encouraging our clients to call us prior rather than after an operation.

We represent also our clients before the courts in commercial litigations.

We are supporting them especially in the following fields quoted in a non exhaustive way :
